Scope of Work
Work consists of the following Wayfinding and Station Improvements: updating wayfinding station signage to be compliant with MBTA signage guidelines by demolishing existing signage, cleaning, repairing finishes, and providing new signage, cleaning of all interior station surfaces comprised of ceilings (including but not limited to light fixtures, conduits, hung ceilings, fins, security cameras, and wayfinding signage), walls, floors and track beds; prep and painting all previously painted surfaces (including but not limited to ceilings, soffits, walls, hollow doors and frames); replacement of North Station tile floor with Terrazzo; refinishing wood benches; cleaning of artwork including stone benches; miscellaneous repairs.
